Review is delayed since we stayed in July 2016. Wanted to book for 7 but could only get a 2 day reservation on a walk in site #121 for 2 days which we took. When we arrived there was a non-reservable site #81 available which we could take for 7 days. This plan worked out great and we loved site... More

We rented one of the two cabins in September 2016. The cabin is new, and equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and so on. Need fetch water from 15 yards away outside. It was nice to sleep above the ground and under the sturdy roof since the first night we were there rained so hard. Hiking experience was wonderful. We're... More

We rented a yurt. The site location was average. The set up was really nice though with the decking and fire pit. The mattresses were old and lumpy. The actual bunk beds were broken and had a log holding up one end. I would rate the site a 2 at best due the the bed situation. We rented early May... More

Great park, small not overcrowded. Nice campsites along the rock cliff and cliff jumping was great fun. George Lake is beautiful especially the sunsets at night. Canoeing is very peaceful on this lake. Lots of wildlife and awesome trails to do, all unique. Highly recommend this place!

We went Yurt camping in February. The weather was perfect. Not too hot and not too cold. There was lots of fresh snow. It was beautiful all secluded in the forest. It was quite a hike to get to the yurts and the bathroom were ridiculously far. There was a cute family of racoons that almost act like cats. Friendly... More

We had such a beautiful long weekend where we enjoyed a Yurt, went snowshoeing and cross country skiing . They had activities planned through out the weekend such as Star gazing, snow shoeing and a special guest speaker who was a Canadian Explorer which was very interesting. We hiked up to the Crack for a beautiful view!

killarney is sooooo beautiful! But i want to tell you, beware of Ontario parks reservations. I had to cancel my booking and was charged a $70 cancel fee! Totally unreasonable!! New York state parks only charge $18 max cancel fee. As if us Ontarians are not taxed enough to death! So I will never book thru ontario parks again. Nothing... More

I visited Killarney twice and I must admit is my second favorite park in Ontario, after Algonquin. This park is not as advertised as other parks that are closer to Toronto, but it is definitely a must-visit place. The landscape and views from certain points are spectacular. Hiking and paddling through the park will leave you breathless. I did all... More

We walked trails for 3 hours with our dryland ski team. Using hiking trails and rock outcrops near sand beaches.

I have paddled up to 3/4 of the lakes during numerous trips in the back country of Killarney over the years. I have climbed Silver Peak twice (awesome climb, wonderfully 360 degree view) and sat near the spot Carmichael painted high above Grace Lake. I have enjoyed every moment I have spent in the park. My last trip in Sept... More
