Besides showing really fascinating first edition and unique books, this museum is designed and organized in an excellent way. The books look like birds flying in a dark sky. The people working at the reception are really friendly and ready to help.

This is one of the museum highlights in Geneva region. By great weather it is clearly worth the trip to Cologny located a few kilometers away. It has an amazing collection of unique ancient books. People without a car can access it by bus A...More

A magnificent exhibition about the creation of Frankenstein by Shelleys wife. The various explanations given by the guides are all very interesting.

Located in Cologny, neighboring Geneva, with parking limited to 15 spaces, the Foundation is accessible by Bus A and Bus 33 from Geneva, and provides a welcome antidote to today's e-books and Kindles because it traces the history of books with real examples. The earliest...More

My friends and I went here as part of the "Night at the Museum" package in Geneva. Our driver got lost on the way here since it was quite far from the city centre, but it was definitely worth the long trip! The collection had...More

Just returned from our visit. Take note: opens at 2 pm. The Philippe Taille Tea Room on the corner was a great place for refreshment and WC. The audio guide is included in the admission and tells you more than you would ever be able...More
