Must visit if you are in igatpuri. This place has parking space, changing rooms n few snacks stalls. You can go inside fall if you want, though avoid that if you have kids with you. It's open till 6 in the evening.

One of the best waterfalls to enjoy with friends and family. Great one day picnic spot.You have to get down at Kasara station and from there hire a jeep 100 Rs per person or 1000 for full Omani van. Around 10-11 km from Kasara station....More

The place is easily accesible now. There are cement steps all the way down to the fall. And some more shops serving tea and maggi.

Best time to visit is in Monsoon...Peaceful and Lush green Places around it. Eating joints are less. Try to pre book Hotels as there are less hotels and are fully occupied in monsoon.

No it would be bit difficult for elderly people as it's steep rock way down to the falls.
