Went with our coach party for two hours. Very interesting needed much longer. Fascinating watching craftsmen at this glass works. Well worth a visit

Try and visit when the glass blowers are actually working, if you don't the visit is more or less limited to the museum and shop. In terms of watching men at work (and they were all men), I thought the Wedgewood Pottery museum was better....More

Went on a visit and found the whole place interesting. Watched the process from start to finish, glass blowing to finishing, checking and boxing up the finished article. Fascinating. The shop was beautifully displayed and extremely tempting. The cafe was clean and very well stocked....More

Had a great time. Watching the various glass items being made was brilliant. So nice to see old master glassmaking skills still in operation. Bought two crystal champagne glasses, and a bowl, lovely and supporting local industry. Definitely worth a visit.
