Head up to this place at dawn and see the wonderful wealth of beautiful birds that come to the trees and bushes before it gets too hot. It was misty when we were there but usually the views are incredible

This was build by the Dutch and Marathas. It was a reference point for the vessels coming from European counties.

Fort Agauda is almost visited by all tourists who visit Goa. There are lot of traffic jams on way to the fort. I would suggest to leave early so as to avoid traffic. The view from the fort is scenic and good for photo sessions.

You can visit this fort morning or in the evening as in afternoon you cannot spend much time due to hot weather. Nothing much to explore but you get very nice sea view from this place. Moreover, the whole fort history has written to explore more.

Being conveniently located this is very popular with tourists and so very crowded. Otherwise there is nothing much except a good view of the sea.

Good place to visit. Great view from the top of the sea. If the time is for sunset then great to see. Along the way one can take boat rides.

The fort was built by Portuguese in 1612 on a rocky area on the shore of river Mandovi to guard against Dutch & Marathas This fort was used for watering the ships as well as fort .A light house is here which is not in use from 1976.Beautiful view of river Mandovi & Arabian sea can be enjoyed from top.... this place seems to be overestimated, as this is not fort but few walls with one central chamber, as i have seen big forts in rajasthan , so this was only average to me. Sunset view is good and if you are spending less time in goa , then you should avoid this place.

Not so good to visit. Only good for photoshoots. But you can see the endless sea behind the walls of the fort. It gives a picture like the sea in vice city.
