A brilliant day trip to do when you are in Santiago. It's close to the city so it's an easy vineyard to visit. Compared to the popular bike and wine and other vineyard tours, this is a lower cost option. We booked a traditional tour online one day before our visit. You choose your time slot and you pay when... More

Had a day to spare before joining Cape Horn cruise and a vineyard/winery trip with wine tasting seemed a good idea and so it was. The vineyard estate is really a large parkland with vines. The wines we tasted were all very good and, oddly for a red wine man, I enjoyed most the Chardonney. Highly recommend this visit.

3 glasses of wine, souvenir wine glass, 3 languages for tours, English, Brazilian [Port.] and Spanish. Waited in courtyard or wine shop, we brought snacks. Booked trip on Touristic, they also have a hop-a-bus in Santiago, to both malls and central area, but the wine tour was excellent, esp. since the winery gave the tour. Chile is the 4th or... More

The only reason that we went to this winery is because it's near Santiago and we can use public transportation to get there. (Get on Santiago Metro Line 4 going all the way to the last station Plaza de Puerto Alto, then hire a taxi to Concha Y Toro for ~ 30,000 Cps for a short 15 minutes drive). English... More

We did it ourselves, it helps when you can speak the language, we took a train and taxi there, then booked our tour, the guide spoke excellent English, but it seemed as she was meant to keep us moving, and would repeat things in English when prodded. Great experience, and it cost us 30.000 Chilean pesos, around $60 AUSD . Lunch... More

We had a very bad experience last Saturday. Went especially to Concha y Toro to have lunch with the family and enjoy a beautiful day out. We went to the Wine Room and ordered lunch - service was very poor as 2 different waiters attended the table and were absolutely uncoordinated between them and didn´t know anything about the menu... The largest exporter to U.K. Close to central Santiago. Worth a visit. My only wish is that they would provide samples of their better wines. Why show off your 6000 peso wines?

This is one of the most famous and big wineries of the world and the tour is very professional and it includes walking in lovely gardens, visiting the wine vines and tasting grapes of different grapes and wine tasting with visit to the famous Casillero del Diablo brand. Good fun and good to have lunch in their restaurant

Well organized. We paid for a special wine tasting. Well worth the cost! We got an excellent tour of the way in which the wine is produced. A great experience!

Concha y Toro Winery is the most well known winery in Chile. It has something for everyone. We hired a driver to take us there because it is out past the end of the line of the metro. Also, you need to make a reservation in advance because it is busy. The tour consists of a walk through the gardens... More
