Worth the visit

If you have traveled that far then make the effort to view the Temple of Apollo. Not a big site but amazing stone work. Lovely restaurants and local stores very close by.

This is a wonderful place to visit,it is largely intact,it reminds me quite a lot of Pompeii in it's preservation, there's a few nice cafe's outside it as well to have some refreshments after

Definitely worth visiting! But don't forget to put lots of sunscreen or you will end up sun burnt!! A good change from spending all the time in just beach. Markets right outside the temple are interesting.

Great to walk round the ruins which are impressive and substantially intact. No need to go in if time is at a premium - just walk round the site to get interesting pictures

if like me you like the historical aspect of Turkey, then this is well worth a visit, doubt that it's worth the 50 lira entrance fee, but you can view from outside and if you walk round you can get very close for photos, lovely day out

Great site to visit on the way to Bodrum or as a day trip from Selcuk. There is parking at the entrance of town, a short walk takes you to jthe site and offers a view of the ancient road used by the pilgrims on their way to see the Oracle.

Took a taxi to get there and paid around €5 for a 10 minutes drive. the entrance fee is less than €3 and it is open untill 19:00 every day.Asked for a free booklet to read about the temple, but they did not have anything to inform visitors.Spend a good two hours inside and througly enjoyed it.Watch the souvenier shop...
