We came across the Plankton, Periwinkles and Predator tour when looking on TripAdviser and booked the tour well in advance for July last year. As it turned out, we were the only family on the tour so we had Greg all to ourselves. Our teenage children really enjoyed themselves, as did my husband and I. It was something different to... More

Thanks for your nice review!! I remember your family well, those tough folks from Scotland, out in the cool ocean breeze. The Bay of Fundy shore was especially beautiful on the day of your visit and life on the shore cooperated too, lots of interesting discoveries! I hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Nova Scotia and will... More

We had the tour "Plankton, Periwinkles and Predators" in July this year. We combined it with a whale-watching trip. It was a fascinating introduction to the creatures and tides in the Bay of Fundy area. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and provided wonderful information. The combination trip was ideal to learn about the area.

Took this tour in August 2016. Wow. Just fantastic. Gregg was super knowledgeable and great at engaging with adults and kids. Beautiful location. We learned a ton, but that was only a bonus to the fun and spectacular scenery. Would highly recommend this tour, especially for families with kids. Logistics of getting to the site, making reservation and paying were... More

This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to the Maritimes. Greg and Danielle were incredible teachers, helping all of us understand the life that lives in the Bay of Fundy and at Point Prim. We enjoyed the two hours we spent with them learning so much. It was a small group and they did a great job... More

We took the Plankton, Periwinkles and Predators Tour. Our guide, Greg Turner, spent two hours pointing out some interesting facts about life in the tidal pools. We loved this tour and learned many interesting facts about marine life from Greg. I think this would be a fun time for any family.

We spend a lot of time walking in Nova Scotia, exploring the coast. Greg showed us a whole different perspective. We examined the microfauna of tidal pools. Fascinating and fun. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic morning out! My 7-year old son and I booked Greg's Plankton, Periwinkles and Predators tour. The tour is true to it's name - we got to view plankton, periwinkles and learn about the predators of the tide pools. My son loved digging through the seaweed and searching tide pools for nature's tiniest treasures and described the morning... More

Wow, EPIC! That's quite a compliment. A curious 7 year old always leads the adventure in interesting directions. It is so good to see the interest he had for tide pool interactions. Thanks for writing a nice review! More
