Popped in to see the Pumping Station in action, along with a visit to the craft fair. Both were excellent. The station displays a true experience of industry in Victorian times, clearly explained by welcoming staff. Also available are a children's playing area and mini...More

This place seems a bit different from a city museum, or a rural natural trust property. It feels very worldy in it’s approach. Would definitely recommend going on one of the steaming days; the pump house is a site to behold when it’s working. There’s...More

When we got married I'm sure they said dogs were allowed on the grounds on leads but not inside the attractions, but to be sure contact Ashley there he is in charge and very accommodating.
