Visited this twice during a 9 day stay as it is great to see lots of green monkeys and the other animals in their natural habitat and free to roam around. Other animals and birds also available to see although are caged. Food and drink...More

And of course tortoises, deer, peacocks & mara. Very lush & natural with trails to follow. Who knew the large male tortoises snort like a pig? We loved that there were no fences at feeding time and the animals were all around us. Green monkeys...More

This was one of the best experiences we had while we were in Barbados! It is not every day that you see Green Monkeys! The reserve was packed with tortoises, deer, rabbits and, of course, the Green Monkeys. Make sure you time your trip around...More

Nice to see the monkeys (having missed out at Welchman Hall Gully earlier on in the day). Feeding time is 2pm. Deer, tortoises also cute. Birds a bit short of space. If wet, watch your step on the brick paths -- they are very, very...More

When you first go in you can go to the area where you can feed the green monkeys, then through to see more monkeys if you like and dozens of tortoises! Really worth a visit.

I had heard that to see wild Green Monkeys you can see them here at 2pm (feeding time), it is quite a small place and you can easily complete your visit under an hour and a half. There were tons of tortoises just walking around...More

I visited the reserve in August with my family. We read some previous helpful reviews about feeding time being at 14.30 so we arrived just beforehand. This was perfect timing. We got to see the monkeys and their babies close up. There was lots of...More

This place is really a gem! Great for families! I personally, would have loved to see more animals but there were lots of monkeys and turtles (everywhere), parrots, birds, caimen, rabbits, deer and maras. Loved that most were free to walk around. The most interesting...More

There was no gift shop per say but I think they had key chains & small trinkets for sale once paying at the entrance on the side where the drivers gather.
