We were unlucky as the day we visited there were no English tours and the factory was not operational, apart from the Easter eggs being made. However we still enjoyed this tour. The video was good and informative. The walk around the museum was pointless...More

Online booking is requested. Without this will not work but you have english, italian, franch availabel. The tour is about 1,5!!! And finally you have to try a lot of different chocholate !!!!! There is a shop later on so you can buy too...

I would go on their website and I believe you can sign up for a tour on line.
