My experience at Emporios Bay Hotel was exceptional. Owners Louis and Giouli treat you like family, with extreme hospitality. The hotel is comfortable, cozy, clean and in walking distance to the beach which makes it very attractive to any visitor. The lounge and pool area are very relaxing and aids to the wonderful ambiance! We have been there 3 times... More

The water is really clear and deep. There is an interesting beach which has black stones. Do not forget to collect some of them :)

We went to this beach with hopes and dreams and were very disappointed. From a far it looked like a black beach but when you get closer you see that the rock are not that strange. Its not pebbles its big uncomfortable rocks and the rocks are normal gray rocks. Its a good place to take pictures from afar but... More

Had lovely time with the family in this beautiful corner of Emporios. Seeing the large boats around it was clear that this bay has one of the best clean waters in Chios. The local a few Taverna'a at the beach are clearly authentic and special.

Emporios Beach ,with its black pebbles, is number one beach in Chios. After visiting Mastichoria villages, it is a must for chilling out in summer

The beach very pebbly. Big black volcanic Stones. Hard to walk on the beach and in the sea. But it's original and very clean. If you're passing by, you can spend an hour.

Nice remote cove with a beach with no sand but covered with softly rounded black volcanic stones -would be perfect for giving a hot stone massage! Water is super clean

This is a rather remote beach, uncrowded most of the time, with nice black volcanic cliffs. It is a pebble beach, the water is clear but it doesn't compare with half a dozen beaches nearby
