This is a great quiet beach and lovely for family. It was also nice to be on a sandy rather than pebble beach. Sun lounger hire was 15 euro for four. However plenty of families just spread their own towels on the sand. There is also a café where we bought beer for about 3 euro each. The water was... More

We were coming back from lindos and found this little gem hiding away there was a old ruin up on the hill which if it wasn't so hot we would have climbed up to. It was not crowded like lindos and the water was beautiful if we were here longer I would definitely be going back.

This is a beautiful bay, the waters are warm and welcoming with all sandy bottom. No sea sports there so quiet, relaxing and the best swimming!

Warm, shallow, crystal clear tourquiose water. Water temperature 77-79 degrees in late September, making it much more pleasant than swimming anywhere in the Cyclades. Fine golden sand, not pebbles. A few OK tavernas, like others said food isn't great. The nice thing about this beach is that it's secluded and a bit harder to get to as you need a... More

Lovely secluded beach, easily accessible by car with good parking options. Crystal clear water and nice underwater rock formations for snorkeling; lots of fishes, we even spotted a moray eel! The surroundings of the beach include the ruins of a medieval castle (nice!) and some unfinished property development projects (not so nice). The beach also has 2-3 food stands. Not... More

Great beach, the best one of several we have visited on the island. Golden sand, very comfortable entrance to the sea, very peacifying atmosphere. We were in october, sea was still warm and there was plenty of free sunbeds. Better reachable by car.

Went here after a recommendation from someone who lives on Rhodes. It is pretty easy to find, if heading for Haraki look for the turning on the left sign posted "Golden sands" and follow the road. As mentioned the beach is lovely and not as busy as some others also the water crystal clear and very shallow for a long... More

Lovely safe, sandy beach. There are three tavernas, toilets, showers, good quality sunbeds and ample space for parking a hire car. The water is crystal clear and you don't even need a snorkel to see the fish!

Enough space for everybody. There are facilities - sunbeds and shades. Very good sand, shallow water, good for children. There are some cafes and tavernas. Scenic mountainous views around, including Feraklos castle. Strongly recommended!

Very nice small bay with clear and warm water and nice fine golden sand. Very shallow water, so perfect for smaller kids. I also tried wakeboarding here, very scenic.
