If you have kids this is great place for you. 100 of yards of shallow water with sand. We like beache on other side of Lopar Ciganka ... It is nicer for couples

Only downside is very shallow for a quick swim. Besides that, even when busy it's calm, sunbeds snd umbrellas 20 Kunas (approx 3 euros) each when we went so reasonable. Served by three restaurants which are not intrusive to the atmosphere. Pedalos, kayaks available as well as boat trips from nearby marina. Good walk along the cliff if you want... More

1,5k of beautiful sand, loungers and parasols to rent at 60 HRK per day (pair), lovely warm water stretching out 100m or more in a sandy bay, plenty of bars to cool off in and get refreshed, what more could you want?

Perfect for family with kids. Sandy long beach. You can walk in the water for 200 m and the water was only reaching the knees.

If you have a baby, Lopar beach is one of the better place to stay! Very safety thanks to the shallow water, nice "sand" beach and also a recreation ground near the beach! The only disadvantage for parents... you must walk a lot to find deep water to swim

Perfect for families with small kids. We were there in September so it was not crowded. Water is very shallow. If I was there before my "family adventure" I would be bored to death.

My husband and I came her because Paradise beach is ranked the #2 beach in Europe (with Bol in the south being #1). This Is a beautiful beach, but not white sand like we were hoping for. The water is very shallow, so you need to go out a long way (out to the island) if you actually want to... More

I came to Rab just for this famous beach and was really disappointed. In July the beach was very crowded, full of screaming children. The worst part was that the water was really muddy and shallow more than 300m. This is not a place for swimmers !! Perfect for families with small children. All around are bars, restaurants, toilets and... More
