We had quite a bit of fun grooving on the dance floor of the Gamboas disco and bar Cabybara, named after a local harmless beast. The next day- we saw him patrolling the grounds.

Quite a lot of walking on steep paths so not good if you are not a good walker. Make sure you put on bug spray! We did not see much wildlife, so more of a learn the history of the area tour.

We didn't get to see much except for trees. The view at the top was great. Guide was very nice and gave us a lot of information.

The neat thing about the radio tower is that at its top, you are even with the top canopy layer. There is a unique perspective of the Forrest to experience, and also a good view of the canal and Chagras River. Technically, the tower is...More

We had a wonderful view and saw Toucans! I am afrain of highs so it was a bit scary. But was very happy I went all the way up. It's definetly worth the fear!
