Didn't know what to expect because so far everything that TripAdvisor recommended about the Rainforest Resort has been false. The scenery of the area... More

Great 3 hours of kayaking with a knowledgeable and gentle guide Hilberto. Extraordinary views and wildlife. We heard the monkeys, saw tons of exotic birds and even saw a very young crocodile. We got to enjoy the intermittent drumming of the local indigenous people. 5 ⭐️ day had by all!!!!

We called in the morning to sign up for an afternoon kayaking tour. When we got to Gamboa it started raining pretty heavily and we were told the tour was cancelled. We were traveling during rainy season and obviously had no control of the weather so there was not much we could do about the situation. However. when we asked... More

My husband, 11 year old son, and I loved this tour. A resort shuttle picked us up in front of the resort's hotel at 9 am for our 10 am tour. Upon arriving at the resort's marina, we were met by our guide, Jasmine. I can't say enough good things about her. She was very friendly, welcoming and laid back,... More

We loved the tour of Kayaking on the river which is part of the canal. On the boat trip we saw wild monkeys and passed by several large ships in the river. Dress in your swim suit and water shoes so you can fully enjoy the trip. Our guide was wonderful. It was worth the trip from the city to... More

The drive to Gamboa from the Canal is a long one. Once you reach Gamboa, the driveway to reach to Gamboa is a good drive of 30 minutes. Once you reach to the Resort lying on the cliff in the middle of nowhere surrounded by nature, is a true magic. The kayaking experience is one of a kind. The mountain... More
