Queensbay Mall opened for business on 1 December 2006. It is currently the largest, longest and most modern shopping mall in Penang with a gross built up of 2.5 million sq ft and over 1 million sq ft net lettable area. The Mall is located in Bayan Lepas, minutes away from the Penang Bridge, the heart of a prime waterfront development sprawling over a land area of 73 acres. It is the most preferred shopping destination for both the locals and tourists – with 5 levels of retail’ Jusco as its anchor tenant with more than 10 junior anchors and 500 retail merchants.Besides a well-planned tenant mix, shoppers can enjoy the “low rise walk-thru” layout which stretches as far as 500 meters with excellent visibility of the shop façade and merchandizing displays. The facility and amenity signages are meticulously planned to enhance the convenience and comfort of the shoppers. The overall interior design and lightings are aimed to create a conducive and safe shopping environment for the whole family. Added to the attractions are the integrated entertainment zone on the third floor that provides a wide range of entertainment and leisure attractions ranging form multiplex to roller skating.Queensbay Mall with its tagline “It’s all happening here!” aptly epitomized the “enriched” lifestyles that Queensbay Mall offers – a place which is vibrant and full of activities, one can shop, play, relax, get together, entertain, be entertained. It is a “family lifestyle mall” of international standard catering to households who are looking for good value for money and the latest in designs and styles.Welcome to Queensbay Mall, It’s all happening here!

Not bad considered this is the largest mall on this part of island. Cost me about RM7 taking a uber ride from Olive Hotel. The Nyonya food at basement is delicious and of local food. Plenty of renounced Brand here for everyone. If u are tired, cross the road and try some massage at the shop

A very huge shopping complex with almost anything I needed inside. It comes with a cinema and a hypermarket offering foreign Japanese brand as well. Though not the top notch mall with expensibe brands I fancy but still it's quite a complex and convenient supermarket nonetheless.

It is a place where you can avoid hot weather outside and enjoy shopping experience to the fullest. Great discounts and a huge variety of goods are there for you. Food court is full with local foods with affordable prices. New decorations in the mall is spectacular especially during the Christmas season.

Be prepared to walk your legs off. This mall is massive amd the stores are beautiful. Food there is just so many choices. Parking is a bit of a pain as the mall is always busy. I loved spending time there. Definitely worth a visit.

Big mall with mid-range brands located 35-40min (traffic dependent) drive from Gurney area. Many shops, restaurants and cinema are located here. As it was located close to the waterfront, construction has boarded up the whole length of the waterfront blocking access to a nice walk along the waterfront. Good mall if you're in the area.

Great staff good service and cold beers. Quantity of food is dissapointing and wouldnt feed a mouse. Toilets filthy dirty and based on that i wouldnt recommend anyone going there. Toilet cleanliness is a true reflection of the general cleanliness standards. Total fail.

Good selection of different shops and eateries. Usually quite on weekday. Facilities are becoming dated but ok for local standard.
