Ngwe Saung is easily accessible from Yangon and it takes about 5 hours drive. So most of the companies in Yangon, choose this destination for Staffs Vacation, Annual Staff Party and Meetings. Most of the hotels in Ngwe Saung can handle group bookings, meeting facilities and team activities.

The beach is not at all crowded and one of the longest beaches I have ever experienced. The people are very frinedly and you feel safe everywhere. The only disadvantage is the long bus tour from Yangoon.

Very clean beach that stretches over a distance of several kilometers. Have an nice stroll at sunrise or sunset and enjoy the view. Don't forget to have a swim there. Sea bottom is just pure sand and water nice and warm.

Came to this place to finish our journey in Myanmar, to rest by the sea... Oh so amazing, beautiful sea, so long and almost empty beach, few resorts, but... Do many local restaurants, shops, you can have coconut in local restaurant on the beach for 1000. Local people are so friendly, smiling, mostly they don't speak english.... I can imagine... More

After 2 weeks travelling in Myanmar it is good to have a quiet place at the sea too relax. It is a 5 hours trip from Yangon on a simple bad road. Do nit come for two days but stay longer. We took the asian dragon bus. Luxery bus. The bus brings you to your hotel. 10 km beach, clean... More

I was going by scoter to this village. I takes about 1 and a half hour. It is a sandy road so you can't drive fast. The village is very interesting to see how the prepare the fishes. One the way back i stopped on the beaches. No one there in several places.
