Gupt godavri is most visited place in the chitrakoot. It is said that in that cave Ma Sita took bath at the time of her exile.

Visited this place today afternoon with family.little far from Chitrakoot about 18km distance but worth visiting.Basically there are two ancient caves bit crowded today because of holiday.My son enjoyed a lot.must visit place if you are in Chitrakoot.

The place is dedicated to Lord Rama .The caves are very beautiful and their carving is very unique.We had great time but due to visitor's long we have to reduce our time in the caves.
