Did Millenium today with friends. I'm 60 and average fitness but the guides look after you. One of the most memorable things I've done in my life. Just do it!

We contacted Samual from Millenium Cave tours by email and his response was quick and effient. We were on a cruise so time was of an essence which our guides Daniel and John mangaed to perfection. Make sure you have suitable footwear, sneakers or reef shoes that will get wet. Carry plenty of water and be prepared to be exhausted at the end of the day. Our trek took seven hours. This is not a leisurely stroll! We really enjoyed this tour ad it easy a bit of a challenge and ad they advertise it is 4 tours in one. Agree with the other reviewers you must have good shoes and a level of fitness. I did this tour with 2 of my sons for my 60th birthday and it was amazing. Best Tour we have done - exhausting, exciting and breathtaking - worth every Vatu! Local Guides are helpful and prepared for you :) But you need good condition especially if the ground is wet and muddy
