there is a variety of shops (not too many) but the prices are mainly of stores not outlet.... there is a big sports shop where we found a few items at a fair price and also the levi's shop had fair prices. not all the shops offer vat refund, for 20000 bht shopping we got 250 bht returns...

Shopping was a major let down, stores were overpriced and never had much selection. however while wandering we noticed staff buying food with tickets from this food court. Bought some tickets and ordered a few dishes from the menu which were all made on the spot by an elderly lady. Best Thai food I had in Phuket and really cheap... More

Everything overpriced with not much variety and you can buy in Australia cheaper. A pain to get to and even harder to get home unless you take a driver and get him to wait.

We went and we're amazed at the number of shops at first. Then as we went around we found that most of the. If shops were fairly empty and the service wasn't good. We saw the bad reviews. It thought we'd give it a shot but don't it's not worth it. Go to places like the markets instead. There cheaper... More

Waste of time and money in taxi fares.. No cheaper than at home... staff in every shop would rather be on the phone, painting nails or doing eye makeup... hideous place!

There are so many branded store in this premium outlet such as, Nike, Adidas, Puma, Surfer Girl, etc. When i was in this place, I bought pink Puma spotlight shoes with a very cheap price (THB 1625). If you shop more than THB 2000, there are VAT return so you don't have to... More

We didn't think that much of the outlet, better prices back in Australia. Good for a walk around on a rainy day if you had nothing else to do or a good book to read!

I came here in Jan 2015 and felt that the sales were not that attractive. However, upon my recent visit in Sept 2016, I thought that things may have changed. Some stores had great sales going. I bought cheap clothes at the XL export shop at bargain prices and these are high-quality stuff meant for exports to brand names overseas.... More
