It was fun to see the elephants and to ride them, but I would agree with other reviews. The animals seem to be cruelly treated and not well kept. The start of the tour is very... read more

We did the half day tour. It's pretty warm in April. The guide spoke good English and explained the rubber trees which was phenomenal to me. The elephant tour was cool and so was getting onto the water buffalo. They usually want you to purchase their photos..it's fine. The food lesson was cool as well

What an awesome day!! Kids had an absolute ball. Trekking was great (our 2nd time) the highlight was being able to sit on the elephants neck and ride him myself with my son behind! We walked side by side with my husband and daughter on another elephant- so many photos and the guys were so friendly and took heaps of... More

Prior to our arrival, we had originally booked an elephant experience at a sanctuary in a national park. We had read all these bad reviews of these camps closer to the hotels in Phuket. When the tour desk at the Le Meridian estimated 2 hours each way to the national park we knew they were way underestimating as it had... More

Well organized and the tour guide adam is highly passionate about what he does, he made us appreciate every aspect of the trip and explained to us many things about Phuket, the elephants seemed very relaxed and the baby elephant seemed well taken care of... we enjoyed the monkey show although we were somehow worried and not sure if the... We visited the elephants today and having read the previous comments on trip advisor we felt compelled to comment We were unsure of what we were going to find but left feeling happy with with what we saw. The elephants were limited to the number of treks they do each day and we felt they were well cared for. The... More

I wish I had read all the comments before signing up for the tour. The mini safari was a joke, literally went behind the house, stopped half way where our guide, who did not speak a word to us before, didnt even introduce herself or greeted us, told us (not asked or suggested, but told us) to tip her 300-400... This is the second elephant ride we took and the previous by Siam Safari was much better in terms of the state of elephants n their living conditions. Firstly it's really not a jungle track at all. It's walking thru a empty field with the mahout wanting to take photo for you even getting down from elephant and later on... More

We did this tour today. The kids were excited to do an elephant ride which really went against my wife and my beliefs about treatment of animals. Unfortunately the animals didn't seem to be in great health and there was rubbish all along the 'jungle' track. The baby elephant show made us upset to see the poor elephant have to... More

Myself, wife, 9 year old daughter and 2.5 year old boy did the animal tour which we found very enjoyable. The elephant ride was the best of all the animal tour and the trek was very good. The trainers or jockeys (what do you call a elephant rider) spoke OK English and was good fun as well as taking lots... More
