the temple is located in the best possible place atop the mountains. But too many people, both tourists and pilgrims mar the peace and beauty of this place. I would not go again.

Day time is generally hot. Though the temple is situated at 2500mtrs+ height, way to the top is completely open without any shade/trees. Better keep goggles/cap/sunscreen ready.

Are shared taxis/bus transport easily available in town to reach the starting point of hike? I am planning a 2-3 day dhanulti trip. Should I stay at GMVN or there are better options in similar budget? Thanks for help!
