Enjoyed our visit to the spa and spent the maximum time enjoying the variety of pools, numerous jacuzzies and saunas. There were many people in the pools, but still managed to feel exclusive. One thing I would say is take off your silver jewellery as it will change colour.

Fabulous setting next to a very beautiful lake which at the time of visit was partially frozen and stunning with snow and mountains as backdrop. Bit of a windy road to get there but certainly worth it. You buy a ticket making sure you've got your swimsuit and speedos if you're a man. You are issued a card and shower... More

It is really nice and good place to relax. It consists of a part where you can stay with the kids and has even swimming pool outside and the second part only for adults and older children. There are great 3 outside swimming pools with different temperatures. It may get crowded in the afternoon but it is still OK.

Great thing to do on a cold Tuesday in June. Here’s how it works: The doors open at 2pm on Tuesdays in June. This signals the release of the french queue game. Basically it’s chaos and everyone for themselves. The customers pour in like an upturned bag of ferrets and race towards the reception desk. There are two staff on... More

We arrived on a Sunday in August and there was a massive festival going with cars parked on every bit of land. So we weren't sure whether we would even get into Balnea. No need to worry, when we got inside it was busy but not crowded. It was a really relaxing 2 hours, the outside hot baths are best(must... More

I have been going to Balnea for years, since the early days, however this year I was disappointed. The changing rooms were nit clean at all and obviously no one is in charge of cleaning during the day. Also, not enough cabins, no mirror, no hairdryer. This is too bad because the various pools (roman, japanese, inca...) are very nice.... More

Beautifully placed, magnificent views but expensive for the offered services. 2 hours of time of using it is more than enough

After riding several Cols in the immediate area we decided to visit Balnea spa Well what a great decision €15.50 per person gave you entrance, towel and even shower gel and a stay of two hours. This place is spotlessly clean and many areas encourage a no talking policy so that you can really immerse yourself in the experience There's... More

Our B&B owner recommended we go to this spa. I was impressed with how large it is and how many different water experiences you could choose from. It's an indoor-outdoor water park for families. Personally, I didn't care for the indoor pools - not hot enough and too stuffy with the chlorine smell. The outdoor pool, with great views of... More
