This is not a farm park! It is soft play with a riding school. I paid £8.95 for one adult and one child! This is a bit expensive compared to other soft play places. There are no farm animals, no outside activities! My son enjoyed the soft play but it is very run down, grubby and need of tlc! I... More

I acknowledge that the reviews on here and the comment from the owners state that the place is undergoing a refurbishment, but there are no signs of this actually happening. There are lots of signs saying works are going to happen but no date. We spent most of our time in the play barn which is very tired, lots of... More

Had it not been for the 50+ other cars in the run down car park we would have left on arrival. Our thoughts were 'maybe it's better once you get inside, all of these people can't be wrong'. When I think farm park I have connotations of rolling fields, tractor rides, a good range of well looked after animals and... More

I'm confused why it still calls itself a farm park and charges adults £2 for the privilege. There are some horses and ponies which are part of the riding school. A peacock and an owl. Would be more accurate to be listed as a children's soft play. Kids enjoyed playing there so that was positive.

We visited the park with our six year old grandchildren on the strength of the web site. The place described is nothing like the reality. It's true, there is a play barn and cafe, and there is a go cart trac. Sadly, there is only one go cart and one electric tractor. The outdoor exhibits amounted to two pigs, a... More

We are not sure whether to laugh or cry about this one! Despite the fact that our website, Facebook, advertising and Notices all clearly state that the Park is undergoing a re-branding and that the animals are being removed to make way for an Equestrian Centre on our outside area, we still get visitors who mention that there are not... I am really surprised by some of the nasty reviews of this place. People who care more about some dust and gaffer tape than their kids having fun is strange. We came to the Dick Whittington Farm Park expecting a play area and some animals to see. We were told on our way in that this has now changed to... More

Been to this play farm park about 5 or 6 times with our 2 grand- daughters now ages 3 and 8. Previous visits were successful as we ran the socks off them and wandered through the animal paddocks and all was well. However today's visit, at the request of the 8 year old was far from acceptable. We purposely did... More

The staff recognise this visitor. The children seemed to have a great time but this gentleman complained bitterly about the quality of the burgers and ham. We do not make the burgers or ham, they come in from a reputable supplier. We merely cook them and serve them. It is more than a little unfair for him then to kick... More

We visited here today and wow what a big let down, the toilets were very unclean, basic hygiene was not present, the place smelt of greasy fried good, the soft play was worn and there was litter and grime everywhere. The icing on the cake was the lack of animals at this farm park. We couldn't wait to get away... More

The Management strongly reject these comments. The toilets are immaculately cleaned every morning and, whilst some tissue may fall on the floor during the course of the day, they are certainly not unclean. The smell of cooking comes from the kitchen but there is a separate eating area which most visitors use in the Play Barn. However a number of... More

Having recently been praised on this site for our deep cleaning, we can only conclude that this comment is about the litter and food dropped by visitors during the day. Our cleaning team would like to extend an invitation to this reviewer to join them in the evening clean of the debris left on a daily basis by the visitors.... More
