We used Wil Tours in January 2023 and had a great experience. We spend a day driving ATV + used his excellent "eagle-eyed" guide in Manuel Antonio.
The ATV-drive took us into the rain forest and to a nice waterfall for cliff diving. Our guide (Monkey) was knowledgeable about both vehicles and wildlife/nature. It was great fun - prepare to get muddy!
In Manuel Antonio, we appreciated Alex' knowledge and sharp sight, spotting creatures from a distance and calling for monkeys who then came our way. He was quick putting up the scope for us to have a better view. We had biologists in the group who also were very happy with the day in the park.

Highly recommend Wil Tours! A group of 6 of us did a ATV tour with Wil and Luis. We had the time of our lives. We were all very inexperienced ATV riders. Wil and Luis provided great instructions and made us feel comfortable throughout the entirety of the tour. The ATV machines worked great. Wil and Luis were personable and made sure to go out of their way to make sure we thoroughly enjoyed the adventure. We rode through the plantations fields and up the mountain to a beautiful waterfall. They also led us in cliff jumping! We never felt rushed to keep up with a schedule. We wish we could do this experience all over again. Worth every dollar!

We did the ATV and Waterfalls tours.
Luis who guided the ATV tour was simply superb! He patiently encouraged my daughter to gel comfortable enough to ride her own vehicle and we all ended up having a blast!
Wil took us on the waterfalls/cars tour and ensured we had a great time despite my being a weak swimmer. He made extra efforts to ensure my kids had a great time but also ensured we didn’t take any dangerous risks.
Highly recommend these guys!

Wil coordinated our airport transfers, a fabulous in- house meal with a private chef (Maria is amazing!) and coordinated our excursions.
The monkey tour was a perfectly relaxing outing- Alex, our guide, was so knowledgeable and welcoming! We went on the tour for our 6 year old, but my dad, husband, & I enjoyed it just as much as she did!..
We were blown away by the atv tour though- we came to get dirty, go fast, and see the jungle- Yet again, Wil tours did not disappoint!!! Alex and Monkey were the perfect guides and took us on a true adventure! Riding through the sunken creek was my favorite part- I felt like I was in a National Geographic episode- the beauty of it all literally brought tears to my eyes! And to top it off, they had ice cold water for us, and were more than helpful with my temporarily handicapped husband…
And jumping in the waterfall at the end was the perfect touch to wash away the muddy evidence of our fun! Lastly, the included lunch at the local spot was also a priceless experience that I can still taste!!!
Hands down, we recommend Wil tours- we will definitely be back for more! Thank you Wil, Favio, Alex, Monkey, & Maria- you helped us make some EPIC memories!!!

My family and I had the opportunity to do three experiences through Wil Tours and they were all wonderful! We did the monkey boat tour, the canopy (ziplining) tour, and the waterfalls/beach cave tour.
We had Alex as our guide for the boat and waterfall tours and he was absolutely amazing. He was always asking us what kind of things we wanted to see and he would always go out of his way to show us everything. He was clearly passionate about his country, the animals, and his job. He showed us amazing animals and I'm so grateful that we had a guide who was so knowledgeable and determined to make sure we all had the best time possible. He was very involved and made sure we were all safe.
We had the opportunity to meet Wil and he was so welcoming and kind. For the waterfall tour, we forgot to bring our own towels, and even though he had sent that in a message and could've been angry, he was so kind and gave us all his own towels.
Everyone we encountered and worked with was so amazing. When we come back, we will for sure be using Wil Tours again!

We chose 3 different activities through Will Tours and each one was incredible! The descriptions were not only accurate but our experiences were more wonderful than we could have imagined. Our tour guide for both the "Mangrove Exploration Monkey Boat Tour" and the "Waterfall Beach Caves Discover Tour" was Alex and Alex knows everything! Even where to find the shyest sloth or most venomous viper, where the Toucans like to perch and the Jesus Christ lizards hide, he knows when the Capuchins play and about every cave and view and variety of plant, and he treats you like family. Our favorite part of all after the unparalleled beauty of Costa Rica was the coconut leaf grasshoppers Alex made for the kids! Our trip would not have been what it was without Will Tours! Thanks!!

We did three different experiences - all unique and fabulous: waterfalls-cave tour, mangrove boat tour, and Manuel Antonio Park. Our guide and naturalist Alex was incredibly knowledgeable, observant, and kind (conscious of some health limitations without bringing attention to it). He was constantly on the lookout for all creatures great and small, even while driving. His passion for his country and nature was inspiring. Wil was excellent in all communications and flexible with our last minute planning. Highly recommend - the experiences were the highlights of our trip which included our two grown sons (19 and 23 year old).

Wil is the local manager for a vacation rental at which we were staying in Dominical. The property is beautiful, but it's about 20 minutes' drive on a muddy 4x4-only road once you leave the paved road, and we didn't want to make the drive at night after a dinner out.
We arranged with Wil to have a crew come cook dinner for us three times during the week. The price was $35 per person and included everything. You don't have to buy (or pay separately for) the groceries and supplies.
Maria, Dixia, and Luis showed up and got right to cooking. Maria has a lot of previous culinary experience. The table was cleaned and set; everything was plated nicely; we were all stuffed; leftovers got stored in the fridge; dishes were done.
And the best part was that it was really DELICIOUS! We like typical Costa Rican food, but this was an extra level of gourmet preparation, and absolutely the tastiest Costa Rican cuisine we've had in four trips to CR. We had a pre-teen in our party who tried fish for the first time (and loved Maria's garlic fish sauce), and another who decided he liked Costa Rican "casados tipicos" so much that he would stop ordering from the kids' menu whenever we went out to eat.
We had fish casados one night; chicken and short rib barbecue another; and fish tacos with shrimp cakes the last. Favorite sides were Maria's hand-whipped mashed potatoes, plantain chips (fried right there in front of us!), and cassava. Maria's tres leches cake was our favorite dessert.
Everyone in our party of seven was so glad we set this up this time. The cooks in the family are on vacation, too—they shouldn't spend the beautiful sunset inside the kitchen.
Yes, I realize that you can spend less than $35 US per person if you go to a wonderful Costa Rican soda for dinner. But you won't eat like this, and if you've rented an incredible (but somewhat isolated) property, this is a good value so you can enjoy the rental.

Our family of 4 had amazing experience working with Wil Tours! Would highly recommend! We had great day on his Tour of waterfalls and beach caves, definitely a must-do. Had his Chef service at our rental home for 2 meals and was SO good.
One meal was for a Birthday celebration for my husband and he really made it special for our family and very memorable. Will recommend for all our family and friends that are coming to Costa Rica!

We had two of our favorite tours ever during our trips to Costa Rica. English speaking guides, safe, secure and packed with adventure. His tours are geared towards families as well. We can't wait to return next year.
The monkey boat tour and the ATV were amazing!!
Monkeys literally came out of the jungle. The ATV ended with an amazingly refreshing jump from a waterfall into a pool below. I highly recommend and we can't wait to return.
