I imagined there was a sense of being in a forest from prehistoric times, but instead it was petrified tree trunks covered by strange little green huts set in an open grassy area, I was very perplexed by the whole thing. There was a guide giving a detailed description and the importance of the site, but all in Italian language and I was only able to follow a little. Unless you have a particular interest in this kind of thing, I would not recommend.…
