A lovely temple, we can feel the vibes once nearby but when the temple gets crowded to the extreme that we are pushed continuously Nd especially children got terrified and began to cry... The darsan was lovely but just lasted a second. Too crowded and they should probably change the way the queue connects... It was too clumsy... Lovely beach,... More

After the temple visit, stay in the vicinity of the temple for great vegetarian food...you are spoilt for choice with reasonable price. A MUST. I am planning another trip...the vegetarian food is really attracting me. And the place is much cleaner now, compared to two years ago when I was there.

One of the six abodes of Lord Muruga. A beautiful temple and it's a blessing if you get to see the abhishekam. The Lord looks handsome as usual..

Visited the temple with my family, including a 2-year old. The temple is located next to the shore and is culturally important place of worship. There are 3 options of entry - 250, 100 or free. Took the 250 special darshan ticket and still took about 2 hours to complete darshan. The pancha linga idols are situated in a cave... More

I went to this temple in 1962. I had to go from the railway station in a horse driven cart. It was like a village. But when I read the above reviews I find that the priests have not changed. There were a number of priests bargaining to do poojas. Even at that time when the value of money was... More
