There is a straight industrial road in Changguang Tribe of Changbin Township. The east end faces the Pacific Ocean and the west end faces Mount Kumgang. Both sides are terraced fields created by gentle hills. There are no telephone poles on the entire road, and the mountain, sea and field landscape is unobstructed. It is called King Kong Avenue is a popular bicycle path on the East Coast. The East Coast Land Art Festival has an installation art on King Kong Avenue: Dancing with King Kong. The painted steel plate sculptures resemble dancers dancing in the wind, adding a visual focus to the vast sea and sky scenery.

第一次來到台東長濱鄉的這條大道，導遊介紹金剛山，看了半天才看出來為什麼叫金剛，這條道路非常筆直，如果走路有一點遠，但是看到山跟天上的雲真的非常美麗，如果去台東靠北邊，值得一遊。

今年四月特地由玉里騎單車到金剛大道，不料在五月由綠島經台東回程時，由偶遇朋友閒聊中得知金剛山以形似金剛而取名，回想當日應是山上有雲，所以沒看出來，此行在看完赤科山金針花後，特別翻越海岸山脈再來一趟，夜宿長濱！
隔日清晨即起，先到海濱尋找看日出的地點，再繞行到金剛山附近小徑，仔細端詳，的確看到金剛凝視的山形，輾轉來到筆直向前的金剛大道，眼前花東海岸少數斜坡路特有的海面橫於天際景象仍然令人看心情為之大好，薄雲遮日，海面閃耀反照金光，由太陽所在位置，發現金剛大道應該就是可以看到獨特日出風景的好地點！
兩旁稻田又見如同四月來時所看到的綠色秧苗，一年兩獲的稻子顯然已經收割了一次，展望金剛山，剛才在小徑上看到的大金剛凝視雙眼依舊不變，令人讚嘆需有難得的機緣，才能形塑此一特殊有趣的地形！ 可謂是~

此行「花東山海交織騎旅」，騎單車由玉里玉富自行車道經玉長公路至長濱夜宿，隔日天晴，循山林田野道路騎行，可見後方大山，山前幾朵白雲點綴甚美，經幾個轉折，來到筆直大道，大道中涼亭處，有車輛遊人停佇，想必即是著名的金剛大道!
大道前方海天相連，仍延續前晚多雲狀態，左側則天空湛藍，金剛山山頭雪白高積雲逐漸增多， 山峰峰頂盡入雲端，景色壯麗，在樹蔭下暫作歇息後，順著下坡騎行大道，路旁農田稻米秧苗鮮綠，正是～

跟池上伯朗大道相比非常悠閒
不想人擠人的話很可以
但是要過去的話可以注意一下兩旁農田的收割季
以免過去收割完了就少了一些農作物的景色

看不到電線桿，一望無際，遠遠的海平面讓人心曠神怡。絕佳的網美景點，值得停留下來，從忠勇村一路向海徐徐而行。

這裡可以拍到一條很直的公路，後背是太平洋，但如果要拍到比較少人的拍照，建議早一點來到，當天10時來到已很多人

喜歡在天氣好的夏夜，躺在涼亭裡看星星。非假日的時候，人不多，望著一望無際的藍，會有那種，無比寧靜美好的感覺。

七月時的台東，因為是暑假的關係，很多來自台灣西部的學生遊客湧入，使得原本就很熱的台東，更加炙熱了。
原本想重遊去年空拍機失事的伯朗大道，帶著新的空拍機去一雪前恥，聽了女友的建議，來到了金剛大道。
深深覺得完全不虛此行！這邊不是伯朗大道的第二選擇，而是完全不同風情的選擇！
與伯朗大道的不同之處在於，站在靠山的這側向海看，一條筆直道路近似直通海底一般！這是何等療癒且壯闊的景色。
更別說將空拍機飛上去，一覽眾山小的氣魄更是令人神往，念念不忘那高度所帶來的震撼，更使得我心裡許下還想再來的願望。
一條單線雙向的馬路，一來一往，將遊客帶向台東金剛山或太平洋。一條路，道出了台東典型的風情，綿延的道路，伴著質樸的稻田，隨著帶點溫度的海風，引領著居民和遊客一覽東海岸的美麗。
可能是少了金城武樹的關係，的確相較之下來訪的人較少。不過正合我意，難得來到台東，我沒有想要與別人共享的意思！
