The beaches in Phuket have cleaned up a ton in the last couple years. Now they are back to being beach instead of chairs and trash all over the place. This one is a great example of restoring the beauty!

Unfortunately the military put many restrictions on beach chairs, which caused many potential visitors to change their destination away from Thailand and away from Phuket. So the beach life is more quiet than ever, but always a pleasure. Our dogs love to try out the...More

This was the perfect beach to relax and take in the sun. It wasn't over crowded (low season) and the water was clean.

This is also a nice beach less crowded in Phuket, can relax on the beach peacefully without any disturbance.

Beautiful beach. Great for families! We had a wonderful time playing on the beach and letting the waves hit us. Such an amazing experience.

We came in July, and waves perfect to play in. Beach was clean and not very busy (off season), but so nice to relax on. Lots of shops close for food and drink.

The beach is overall average. The sand is decent though. Water is not clear, but in no way dirty. There is a lot of waves at this beach.

Lots of bars and restaurants near the beach and beyond. To get to Patong you have to take a taxi as there are no buses. Enjoy.

Plenty of transport options, you'll find tuk tuks around the hotel entrance and parked on the street. I didn't see a lot of bikes around though. Novotel to Kamala town is about a 15min walk, but will cost approx 200baht... More

Sorry to tell you but it is a long way away so I would recommend a tuk tuk. Hope that helps.
