There were about 23 of us, made up largely of students from UCSI and UMT. I was the oldest! We took about 40 minutes to reach the peak. We were there at about 7.05am. We caught the great orange ball rising up, and with the islands, sea and sky backdrop, it was simply awesome!

The crystal clear blue water was so beautiful and you can see a few islands lay over sea. The sunset was so nice too

This was a great surprise not too far from Kota Bharu. Wanted to get away from the city bustle and there was nothing locally, so went for a drive. A steep but doable walk up the rock outcrop with great views of the coast below. After all the sweating, a neat beach hidden behind a crack in the rock. Very... More

There are 2 way up, since my taxi driver drop mw there, so I went up through the stairs near to the beach, the stairs is opposite to the public toilet. The ascend is about 35-50 mins. The fisrt part is the stairs, follow by a steep hike, after that will be easy jungle path, on the way up, will... More

This beach is definitely popular with locals. May locals come here during the weekend for picnic, teenagers come to hang out. There are quite a number of food stalls to buy food. It is a nice beach with a good view. I went to other side of the beach where not many people go and there were no facilities unlike... More

My family including my young daughter and elderly mother successfully hiked Bukit Kluang one weekday morning in March 2016. We were surprised with the number of people who were hiking. There was a lot of them! At the summit, the view of the South China Sea was very good indeed, with the vast expanse of the sea dotted with the... More

Went there for a short trip. However, dissapointed as the beach covered with trash. Clearly need to educate ppl more on clearing thrash. Otherwiss it would memorable journey. Nice sunset view. A lot of restaurant and food stall. Toilet is also available.

We were hiking on Bukit Kluang , very nice view. Need about 45 minutes to climb. Beautiful beach but quite an eye sore with all the garbage along the beach and the (should be) beautiful caves.
