I used this to travel from Airport and travel back to airport. Buying ticket and getting on to train was very easy. No problem with language as all boards were in English. Just follow them !

It is comfortable, the waitress and waiters are polite, anyone there can be served good. The sixth car is business car, but it quite expensive.

Taichung to Taipei at 278kmh in an hour Wow Business class is not very expensive any 1100twd and you get drinks and snacks just like on a plane Row A fine the best view
