Make sure to visit their web in advanced and you can even get the early bird ticket with much cheaper price for the exhibition. Besides, if you can make it on weekdays would be better cuz there's always crowded and long queue during weekend.

It's a place good for outing and visit. It was a former tobacco factory. Good roadside cafe around the corner. There is a photographic exhibition during my visit on 19 March.

It depend, there are some exhibition for young children, check the schedule first. You may also go to picnic if weather is good or visit inside book store and food court.

Basically, the park is opened most of the time but if you wanna to check the festival, exhibition and shopping mall there, you better check online first.

Sorry... my answer is a little late for you maybe... every time when I go there, I will take off from the City Hall station and walk to there, I think this route is easier.
