We went whilst they were hosting a 'medieval' few days with the kids. We had such a fantastic day - jousting displays, bird of prey demonstrations, men eating fire!! Definitely worth a trip. I believe they host these for 3 days during the first/second week...More

Well restored castle in unspoilt location. It is quite a long walk from the car park for little legs and there are no toilets after the car park. The little bar/cafe just before the entrance is a good place for a drink/ice cream afterwards.More

Fort La Latte is worse visting, especially with kids. From a parking place (with no costs) it is a walk of about 15 minutes to get to the fort. Family card (4 persons) is around 20 Euro. The fort is privately owened and gets re-constructed...More

I agree with the previous respondents: you need less than 2 hours. We spent about 90 mins there, visited ever part, read all the signs and notices, dawdled in the shop. It's very interesting.
