It's a new landmark in Phuket city. The big Buddha is very big. It's constucted on the hilltop. So, We can enjoy panorama view of Phuket from there.

Big Buddha is one of the prime tourist attractions in Phuket and we had visited the same as part of our full day sightseeing in Phuket. It is located on the top of the hill and the giant idol of the Lord in sitting posture is a great sight. The views of the surrounding area from the top is absolutely mesmerizing - blue sea and green island and white boats floating around. People were offering prayers to the Lord. You can also buy small souvenirs - the money from which goes for charity.…

Drive from Bangtao Beach to Big Buddha was an awesome experience. Crystal Clear beach is something one can visit Phuket again and again. Big Buddha is a big statue and some souvenir shop. Climb to Big Buddha give panoramic view of surroundings.
