Nice 18 hole course with matured greens. Nice Club house though can do with some maintenance. A pool for a dip if desired. Great for a quiet and relaxing day out. Usually low crowd

Nestling away from the hustle and bustle of Penang is a course which few golfers are aware of. However, it is easily accessible. Just take the BKE from Butterworth and than branch out according to the directions given. It is a course that is open everyday of the week and is crowded only on competition days. Manned by very friendly staff, it is a course you will enjoy. The Terrace situated besides the bag drop area is a must. The food served is just superb and mouth-watering.

(early May-2015) We went there for its very attractive green fee. About an hour 20 minutes from Penang Island, Bayan Lepas area (about 55km). Kulim usually has more humid condition than the island, bring along plenty of sport drink, if possible, frozen water drink. The course is nice, with some tough holes with pond by its fairway or green. Drop bag is on the side of building main entrance. Registration is done there too. Parking is close by thereafter so it is better to drive straight to the drop bag area. Changing room is located on the upper floor to registration area. Take the stairs up, turn left after the stairs. Man's room is on the left after passing an open area, with restaurant located on the left hand area. Lady's room is on the right side along the open area. The lady's room is spacious, though the bathroom lacks hanging hooks (only a set is on the wall). Shower curtain instead of door is used. Some photos to be posted when possible.
