Ballinstoe Woods, amazing mountain biking location, biking.ie have bike rental there too. Coillte have a purpose built red trail with biking.ie having a small shop at the trail head, tea, coffee, bike rental available

Short but well crafted trails prove that an ascent can be fun on a mountain bike. Beautiful scenery and a bike centre at the trailhead offer everything you could need.
