Rehema Cafe is a beautiful western style coffeehouse which offers espresso coffee, cakes, lunch and Saturday morning breakfast. Its outdoor eating area has a tranquility that is unexpected in the bustle of Musoma. Warm, friendly Tanzanian women serve you underneath a canopy of trees, birds and the occasional monkey. All profits from the cafe are used for the Rehema Project’s cause in helping disadvantaged women and children.

Great food - which is rare for this region!

Delicious food in a region where that is not easy to find! It is targeted at tourists, but believe me that that doesn't really matter once you're there. A relaxed atmosphere, good... read more

We ate at this cafe and, although the food took some time to come, it was delicious. The atmosphere was great and there is a shop that sells handmade crafts by the ladies who are enrolled on a programme to teach them skills and get them into work. This is a lovely open air cafe that raises money for a... More

Delicious food in a region where that is not easy to find! It is targeted at tourists, but believe me that that doesn't really matter once you're there. A relaxed atmosphere, good coffee and juice, burgers, anything that you might be craving. They understand that you can better have a simple, limited menu and do it right, then have an... More

Rehema is a wonderful place for good food and excellent shopping. There are a range of African made items made by local artisans. It has wonderful outside dining and very friendly staff. You must stop by when in Musoma.

Eat lunch under the sail cloth with your friends and pop into the two small shops of local goods or eve get fitted for some clothing while you are there....peaceful and really lovely... More

I am a frequent visitor to Musoma and whenever I go there I always go to Rehema cafe. Musoma is a wonderful, friendly and busy town on the shores of Lake Victoria. The food is western and is individually cooked by a team of local women who also make handicrafts. The food is a joy, the handicrafts are exquisite and... More

Rehema is an amazing place. It has great food and lovely products in the workshop, but one of it's best features is the people who work there. They are so welcoming and fun to be around. One of my favourite places in Tanzania - I would recommend it to everyone.

Rehema is a beautiful little cafe in Musoma. We loved the staff, food, playground (great for our 5 kids!), and shop (good for Mom!). Would definitely recommend this.

Don't miss out on visiting Rehema Café. Its a great place to relax, hang out and eat well. The food is fantastic and the staff are lovely. There is some where for the kids to play, a great shop to browse. All the profit goes to local projects helping disadvantaged women and children. If you don't believe all the reviews... More
