We had a wonderful time strolling up and down this street throughout our two week stay in Kobe on a home exchange. We don't usually like cities - but we were pleasantly surprised by the convenience and comfort of this place. The covered walkways gave...More

There is every type of shop one could desire, from Kimonos to Skechers, and food too. There is no reason to walk out empty handed.

This was close to the Station, and offered a good variety of shopping....both high end, and cheaper shopping. There was also a good variety of places to buy food, with both cafes and street food.

Kobe Motomachi shopping street is similar to Sannomayia Gai , but prices are slightly lower. This is frequented by locals doing their daily shopping and the range of shops and eating places reflects that. In some ways this makes it more interesting if you are...More

Here you can find everything you need and don't need, you desired and you didn't know you desired. Nice to shop for souvenirs but also supermarkes are placed there.
