I doubt you will find anything like this anywhere else, so for that reason it's a place to consider going. It's a weird, kooky, loud, dazzling show like only the Japanese could love, but it did seem a little tired and dated. It's fairly expensive...More

If you are short on time, then there are other things I would do ahead of this - but if you can fit it in, and are prepared for a whirlwind of weird Japanese anime pop culture crossed with mardis gras then you should visit....More

Must do experience when you visit Tokyo. You won’t get anything like this anywhere in the world! We visited with our 11 yo at the 5:55pm show. I recommend getting dinner in the local area first. Timing are confusing as the pre show / first...More

Honestly disappointing. The place is expensive and the show is not what we expected (not impressed). But I was with my family and we still had fun because of the suprise

Not my favourite place, it wasn't what I expected. I thought I'd see more in the way of robots, than dancing and acting. The biggest disappointment is the intervals every 20 mins to sell food, drinks and knic knacks. Something I suppose you do when...More

We expecting the ROBOTS dancing or robots service the tourists, not a human sitting on the machine and driving the robots...the show was notting to do with the robots, and the dinner set was terrible, the food was very cold and hard. A bit waste...More

Kitsch galore! Baffling from the first minute to the last, this place is a phenomenon. Good or bad, I still can't quite decide. Was it tacky? Incredibly so. Was it entertaining? Wildly. Were the robots fantastic? Not quite, but still fun. Were the performers excellent?...More

Calling this a "Robot Show", might be an overstatement. Kind of bad Vegas Show, where the "robots" where either people or a glorified large mechanical "two" dimensional doll. Hugely disapointed, expected some high tech robots. Very Americanized with two breaks where selling beverages, snacks and...More

Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and

I agree with all other responses from others. The show is very loud. If you do take your kids my recommendation would take a pair of ear muffs. As they will protect your kids hearing.

I tnink you should skip it and spend you money on a more authentic Japanese experience like Ikebana or calligraphy classes. The robot show is just an overpriced show with small parade floats and bad food. No real robots and... More
