This hike was amazing. The switchbacks down Navajo are some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The Rangers will tell you to go Queens to Navajo because the switchbacks are steep at Navajo. Wear good hiking shoes/boots with hiking tread. The hike back...More

This is a moderate hike with some serious uphill on the return. The scenery is some of the best I have ever seen! We didn’t have more than a day in Bryce, and this hike covers a bit of everything in the park. I highly...More

We did the Queens Garden trail. It was very hard to see how to do both. Poor signs and maps. If you are young, maybe it does not matter. But as seniors, we need to know what we are taking on.

Go clockwise and go early. It was very cold in the am, and we were not prepared for how quickly it warmed up. We had too many layers on once the sun got going. We are so, so glad we took this walk. Did it...More

This trail is really good and not too difficult. The scenery is just stunning. I have never seen anything like it. Wear layered clothing as weather can change. Sensible footwear is essential as is sunblock in warm weather.

The hike was superb! If only time for one hike then do this one, of course it is the most popular trail in the park. Go early and beat the crowds and the heat of the day. We went about 9 AM and were able...More

My husband & I are in our mid-50's and novice hikers. We started the Loop at Navajo, taking the trail down to The Wall. We went early in the morning starting around 8 am which make a big difference in crowd size, as towards the...More

Simply Said, this is the attraction to do at Bryce Canyon NP! The hike is approximately 3.0 miles round trip, with a drop in elevation of about 600 feet. The trail has zero rocks to step or climb over. There is one location where you...More

We enjoyed this little loop and feel it is the best hike in the park especially if it is the only one you do. You experience a variety of scenery and geologic formations. While some reviews recommend going clockwise or counterclockwise we found it really...More

Driving at the top and viewing down is great but walking below amongst it all is amazing. The Queens trail is marked easy and the navajo marked moderate. We did the combination counterclockwise. Parked the car at sunset point and started the navajo wall section...More

Apart from "Wall Street" going up then I wouldn't call any of these trails too hard or strenuous, if you go down from the rim and don't want a long hike out to Tropic. In my opinion the hike from Tropic would be harder... More

Sunrise and Sunset Points are only about 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile apart from each other at the rim. I believe more visitor parking is closer to Sunset point, but either way you won't be very far from your car, and the walk... More
