This visitor Center opens at 08:00 and they offered great advice and support from the friendly staff. Free drinking water tap is also available here.

Rangers are informative and patient. The park is very 4x4 friendly. Ask about trails in and out of the park.

If you plan on hiking the visitor center is very useful. Also gift shop always fun and informative books.

Hello, I think you are mis-interpreting the nps.gov site regarding the hours of operation for the Visitor Center. Until Sept 17 the Visitor Center is open from 8am-6pm. After Sept 18 they are open from 9am-4pm. So you should... More
