I drove all the way from Palmdale, CA and the drive is very very long but worth the drive. I took the rural highway to get the Death Valley. When I got to this highway, all of a sudden a coyote wandered across the road...More

Was September yet still very hot, the drive was surprising to see all the different geological formations and sights, was worth going out of our travel plans to experience. It was an eerie feeling at stops to get out and feel the heat and stillness.

It was great fun to drive through the speedway. Lots of curves and nice views. But I got really scared after it got dark and I had to go about 1,5 hour through the desert without seeing any light, any house nor car :/ strange

Stunning and quite frightening landscape here...plenty of time to look around, were on motorbikes so had a real feel for the "heat" that this place generates....and this was NOVEMBER! Only 94 that day, but enough on a bike! Worth the trip from Vegas though

This is the most awesome roadway that takes in all sorts of views of valleys and mountains. Plenty of stop off points to take much needed photos.
