This is just the welcome center to the Everglades park. Nothing really special, but see inside worth it. There is a small shop (really poor and expensive) and a lot of explanations and pictures about the park. Nice statue of a panther and memorial plate...More

Was the slow season I guess... and even the alligators knew that as we only saw a couple the whole day... and only 3 babies at the dock. The visitor center was nice but nothing out of the ordinary.

We didn't stop here long, as went on our way to catch the Park Ranger guided tour of the Anhinga Trail. There's a deck out onto the water filled borrow-pit with rocking chairs which was nice. Lots of information which was visual and a gift...More

The center gives you a good overview of the Everglades. The Park rangers take you on guided tours. Going there is free of charge

This a very informative and interesting visitor centre than I recommend to visit before entering the park so you can understand what to visit, timings and buy important things as mosquito repellent and drinks

This is located at the main entrance to the Everglades NP. Small little visitors center but it has a lake that you can view wildlife if you wish. We got our maps and some information to let us know what was going on.
