Stopped here on our way from phantom ranch to top of canyon. Had an late breakfast - early lunch. nice picnic area, shaded, water ann bathroom. Friendly squirrels.

take a bright angel trail ang to get here. there take a rest and decide between two options - going down to bright angel point or going to plateo point - 5km to see colorado river from the view point.
