First stop once entering from east side. Has terrific views of river and canyon. Good food facility, but put aside at least 30 minutes as service is slow and seating is very limited, but food is tasty. Good restroom facilities at this location.

We had not planned to stop here but it did provide us with our first view of the Canyon. The toswer is really a sort of art project with many levels.

Woth to stop, the first or the last place while visiting at Grand Canyon. Located at near at east entrance. Not so crowded. Looks old, but it is less than 100 years old.

We climbed to the top of the watch tower and while it is a splendid view, it's really hard to see the full view of the canyon. We visited the south rim years ago and liked it much better. I'd recommend a plane tour or donkey ride. Neither are available at this spot. Don't get me wrong, the Grand Canyon... More

Stopped at the Watchtower at the end of our Grand Canyon stay. What a place. Beside the gorgeous views, the Watchtower itself was so interesting. Fabulous native American art on the walls and ceiling. Make sure you make the climb to the top!

located on the south rim near the East exit. Not as busy as other view points but well worth the stop. There is plenty of parking in this area. this might be a place to park and hop the bus to the visitor center.

This is an amazing structure on the edge of the Painted Desert and along the rim of the Grand Canyon East Entrance. Make sure to climb to the top was a magnificent view.
