This is our favorite hike. Although in total we climbed over 100 floors - thanks Fitbit - it is well spaced and never too strenuous. The scenery is beautiful with great views of forest, lakes, and of course Rainier. Parking is limited, and no facilities...More

No matter how many times I do this hike it never gets old. It's fairly easy with lots of great views. Make sure you bring some food so you can stop and enjoy the surroundings.

This was an absolutely breathtaking hike in the first week of August. There were abundant wildflowers, magical misty lakes, looming mountains, and snow. The recommendation to take the loop clockwise was a good one for us, as most of the wildflowers and beautiful scenery were...More
