It's beautiful to drive around the lake. The color is always beautiful. Be sure to stop at the pull offs for quiet views and great photographs. And I enjoy pulling into the lake crescent lodge for a respite and meal. Great views from the lodge....More

One could spend their entire vacation in this one spot. Everywhere one looks there are stunning vistas and pictures full of memories. Many good places for a picnic.

This lake appeared to be never ending when we drove from Port Angeles. It is a beautiful, scenic, sparkling drive. There are plenty of areas that you can turn in and admire the lake. Plus, there are some hiking trails too. Great place to visit!

We stopped here while staying in Sequim, WA. The colors of the lake and surrounding scenery were magnificent! The water was crystal clear! I hiked the trail to Marymere Falls. They estimate 1.5 hr. to hike there and back. If you hustle you can do...More

Water was great. Clear and fun to jump in from pier. Food at the restaurant was OK with terrible service. Boat rental desk was so odd that we didn't bothering renting.

If you can't make it up to Sol Duc or Hoh Rain Forest, this a great falls hike- Merrymere Falls- which is the start of the rain forest.

Fantastic meal and morning of lake viewing - the water itself is a wonder to behold, but if you're looking for things to do, the trail to the Marymere Falls is glorious and there are reasonable paddle board, kayak, and canoe rentals as well! The...More

I'm not sure. I haven't camped there before. You could reach them by calling the park and finding out through their Park Rangers or the Lake Crescent Lodge staff.
