Considered one of the most beautiful beaches on the Washington Coast, this stretch of sand features tide pools, sea stacks and headlands, all abutted by a coastal forest.

We entered via the Lake Ozette loop and headed north for mikes along the beach. The sights at low tide were amazing. So worth the trip.

The last leg of the hike is going down from a high clift to the beach and ofcourse back....but the rock formation, tide pools are fantastic, wear hiking sandles to make it easier to walk on the hot sand and rocks.

This is a walk.....but.....it truly is muddy. The actual hike is fairly flat on a good trail. The mud gets a bit much but as long as you have a good boot you will be fine. Runners are not enough!!!! You will be soaked and...More
