We saw this as part of the Browns Gap circuit. There are 3 waterfalls total when combined with the Doyles Falls trail. The Jone Falls trail is very steep (we had to hike up it as we started by Doyles Falls). It was a really...More

This hike is for the more experience hiker. It is moderately difficult with rocky terrains in places and rock bridges over the streams, with areas of easier walking. The ranger Indicated that it would take about 4 hours but I would suggest at least 6...More

This trail was marked as an easy 1.6 mile trail. I think it was longer, you do have to cross a creek . Luckily I have an industrious husband who made a bridge out of stones for me.

This is a great hike especially when combined with the Doyle River falls hike but prepare to spend the day. Beautiful hike through scenic woods and past a series of waterfalls. Wear good sturdy shoes and take plenty of water. Another favorite of ours. :-)

You can loop an 8 mile hike. This is a very nice hike. Some down hill if you start at Doyles River falls trail and then connect with Jones Run. Takes about 4 hours if you hike at a good clip.
